We recognise the need to ensure that the information gathered through our website remains secure and our site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving professional therapist and clinic time exclusively for their treatment. We require 48 hours (two working days) notice of cancellation for any appointment to avoid incurring the full cost of the booked treatment. Charges will be incurred for missed appointments too.

Charges are made to the credit card details you have given at the time of booking. In the event that the card is declined you agree to honour an invoice for charges incurred due to missed or late cancellations.

Where we have some notice of a cancellation we will always endeavour to offer the appointment to a patient on our waiting list therefore avoiding you incurring a charge.

Due to heavy appointment bookings and in the interests of other clients, FLOW NUTRITION has had to introduce a strict payment policy for missed appointments.
The scales of charges for missed appointments are as follows:

Less than 48 days until the confirmed appointment, 50% of the fee will be charged
Less than 24 hours until the confirmed appointment 100% of the fee will be charged
