Introduction - Eating Habits

Thank YouI'd firstly like to thank everyone for their faith and continued interest in FLOW.

FLOW has gone from strength to strength in the past couple of years and it is due to your support I am able to continue learning and embracing Nutritional Therapy. The likes of Jamie Oliver and Gillian McKeith continue to champion and pioneer huge changes in the way we understand and approach our eating habits. Thank You So each and everyone of us can start to take control of our health.

If you and your kids are on a crash course of colds, irritability and eczema and seem to pick up an inventory of ailments that are causing you both low self-esteem, then contact FLOW.

We’ve all heard the saying that ‘you are what you eat’ and as simplistic as this may sound, never a truer word has been said. Whilst you can’t have your own personal Guardian ‘food’ Angel to keep a check on every cappuccino you drink or tasty snack you both indulge in, there is a way to find out how diet is affecting your health.

In today's fast-paced stressful environment, feeling good is more important than ever. A healthy immune system forms the basis of our well-being and optimum health depends on a fully functioning digestive system.

We all need the right kinds of foods to provide us with energy to stimulate development and enhance growth. The increasing demand for quick and easy meals can prove a minefield when you’re busy, especially when you seem to be constantly developing allergies.
