This Summer FLOW Nutrition will be combining forces with ALOSASIS a Chambres d'hotes (www.aloasis-grimaud.com) near sunny St Tropez in the south of France. Surrounded by bourgonvillia and sunshine you will be able to completley relax and rejuvinate for 5 days supported by our Nutritional adviser, a personal Integral health screen and Programme and much more besides.

We offer a pit stop for people who wish to de-stress, unwind and get back in touch with themsevles and nature. Breakfast is included throughout the week, as well as classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, Massage, Inspiring Talks and Various Morning & some Evening activities (see Daily Schedule).

Programmes are subject to change and will be finalized prior to your stay.

We accommodate people from many different backgrounds, some with a good understanding of health and relaxation practices, and some with very little.

Nutritional Therapy is one of the most natural, powerful therapies known to humankind. When you allow the body to 'cleanse and purify', you remove multitudes of toxins, excess weight, parasites, and the like. Furthermore, the cells, tissues, organs of your body are given a well-deserved and much needed chance to slow down, rest and heal.

De-Stress
People who work long hours, and feel that a slightly more rejuvenating break might be an option to seriously consider. What is gained from this kind of week is guests will access a place of calm and peace within themselves enabling them to de-stress, and learn to take away useful applications to use in their lives with effective and lasting results, then to re-enter this place of calmness with techniques they have gain whilst on retreat.

Just Relax
People with little or no experience in Yoga or Meditation can enjoy everything. Classes are held out in the open air or under bourgonvillia terraces, and are aimed at beginners. Those with a little more experience can be directed at a more advanced level.
